Hello, We feel really surprised of this comment for many reasons. First of all, I'm wondering why you said that your experience at Urban Greener was great to the team, and finally put such a bad review. As you saw, the restaurant was really busy (like every Sunday actually) and there was a queue outside during all the shift. We feel really sorry for your delay, but : - You didn't book and came at the rush hour it's quite normal for this kind of day, especially if everybody came at the same time. We are not machines. - Plus, our supplier made the delivery at the start of the shift last Sunday : it creates a big delay for us and unfortunately this can happen. Welcome to gathering. About the neighboring tables which were empty contrary to others, we are sorry to let you know that our priority is to serve customers and not to clean straight away a table (except if we're not busy obviously) and I think that your table was clean right ? So what is wrong ? Again, my team isn't a machine and I have no doubt about the hygiene of my restaurant. About what is right or not, I think that I'm free to offer only brunch, menu or something else during week-end as it's my own place. Especially with the success of our brunch. Offers aren't a lot which is a proof of quality. Our food is homemade, organic and local. 21 euros is definitely nothing for what you had, especially in Montmartre and according to the current inflation. Ofc, the big deal is more interesting (29euros). I invite you to have a look to other brunch in Paris (Between 30 and 45 euros!). Finally, since the covid France is knowing a lack of 300 000 people in gathering, most of restaurants are hiring new people, still in training. We accept advices and all reviews and I know that people may not appreciate my food, but I'll never accept such an unfair like yours, especially according to all the other reviews we received for two years now. If my team took the time to ask, I'll suggest to say the true instead of fake smile and good reviews on their faces. I think that the urgent improvement needed is the understanding and respect of our work, especially if it's not your area of activity and if you don't know the background of everything. Actually, this is why my team took the time to ask to each customers how was their experience at Urban Greener. If you need something quick and cheap, next time try Mcdonald's. Best regards.
