Alex Mejia, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience but let's address your complaints: 1.) "They serve pho, but don't carry limes" - one, we are far from considering ourselves as a 100% authentic Pho restaurant so our presentation is different. Pho is a soup consisting of white rice noodles and the broth's distinctive flavor comes mostly from spices like star anise, cloves, and cinnamon, then garnished with fresh bean sprouts and herbs like basil but by no means does it absolutely require limes to make it a pho soup. Our broth is made from scratch with strictly fresh vegetables and apples for a hint of natural sweetness and without any MSG. Perhaps the lack of MSG flavor is why you were so disappointed in our pho. We also make our own hot sauce and our house BBQ sauce is equivalent to "Hosin" sauce. Two, if you would have asked us for limes or any of the sauces mentioned above, we would have gladly given you some. We have never had a complaint about not serving limes with our St.Veg Pho soup. 2.) "They don't even list their prices" - I'm really perplexed at this one because prices are listed on our website, on ALL the kiosks that you ordered from, and our carry-out paper menus have a QR code for you to scan to view prices. There's even pictures of dishes on the kiosks so you know exactly what you are ordering. If that was confusing for you, again, you could have asked us and we would have gladly pointed out or read the prices to you. 3.) "Nothing that I ate there was good" - What else did you eat that you thought wasn't good? You're vegan, yet you are quick to put down a 100% vegan establishment without even trying to truly understand our concept or menu. We are known for our excellent customer service and would have been more than happy to point you in the right direction to give you a better experience. We would have even given you another dish to try. Thank you for supporting a locally owned vegan establishment.
