On a recent visit, it has turned out that ownership of the restaurant has changed hands and while they are mostly following the original menu, how they cook a lot of the dishes has changed. A lot of the side dishes have been more "standardised" across the different menu sets so there's less variety and less of a reason to order multiple menu items. Although the main components of most dishes are still cooked well, there's definitely less flavour in a lot of the accompaniments, so while I would still recommend the restaurant, it is not quite the amazing experience that it used to be.
