Hi Robert - Thanks for your feedback on our kolaches. We don't intend to have them served piping hot, more at room temperature, but it's good to understand that may not be everyone's expectation. We also do not use microwaves in our restaurant, so would not have microwaved your food and returned it to you - Just wanted to clear that up! Appreciate the feedback as we can use this to improve. Thank you
