Hi Pandani- We're sorry to hear your experience was disappointing! We know sometimes people struggle to find our entrance that's why we do have a sandwich board near the parking lot denoting which way to our front door is, a neon sign that faces the parking lot, as well as have a small sign on our patio gate. Also since you've visited last, we've added another sandwich board right by the front door in an attempt to make it easier on people visiting for the first time! We appreciate your feedback on the menu items you tried. I understand you wrote you review a few days ago, but based on the food you ordered (the Wings 'n Waffles) I can tell this was awhile ago as we stopped serving that dish in the Fall of 2021.
