Hi there! So sorry as we are just seeing this. Yes we had some really significant staffing issues and we apologize for such an off experience! We would love the opportunity to make it up to you as we’ve since consolidated our operations so that our team is not spread so thin. Our location at 54 High Street in Clinton, MA is beautiful, extremely functional and well staffed …a much better representation of our standard. We simply outgrew the space in Worcester and it became too much to keep up with with limited staffing and three small kiddos.
