I am sorry you had a bad experience at the restaurant however I am there every single day and not once have I ever heard a member of our team be rude to a customer. In fact just the opposite, there have been times when my staff could have been rude and chose not to be. Perhaps you mistook the loud happy atmosphere we usually have as rudeness. I would encourage you to ask for one of the owners should you experience that again so it could be dealt with in real time instead of after the fact. I am happy you enjoyed the food!
