It is a crowded place because the cater to the college population, there is Grad School, and sister restaurants based upon education themes. They cook in front of you so you can see it meets specialty guidelines. Falafel of course is crumbly, versus like a boca burger so recommend the Fit Chic which is great! For a to go option you may like it better!
