Hi, We're sorry that you feel this way. Actually, when people wear gloves it's less sanitary, because they don't wash their hands as frequently. We use utensils of course too, but it's much more common, for let's say, a peanut to get stuck on a glove or a spatula, than it is on a bare hand - because you feel it, and wash your hands. That's why the health authorities recommend frequent hand washing and no gloves as the best, most hygienic method. Since the whole building is cashless, we also don't have to deal with the HUGE amount of bacteria that cash carries with it. Knowing this, we hope you'll consider adjusting your rating. Thanks!
