I have to disagree with you that a vegan is someone who necessarily wants to eat healthy; I'm healthy by default, but only became vegan for animal reasons. If you don't like fake meat, then this is not the place for you. I don't think they're trying to represent themselves as a "healthy" restaurant, and they have pictures of all their dishes on their website so you can get a pretty good idea of what they have. Sorry you didn't like it, but personally it's my favorite!
