He literally said the stars aligned to make this happen and also that I should know what real cheese looks like. At this point it's clear that my intention of casually reminding him of allergy concerns is useless as he does no wrong. We got up and left and tried to sit down in the car and write a review with the understanding that maybe something was off in his life and that we'd rather see small businesses live on instead of a pizza hut taking their customers. I then read other reviews the next morning and learned just how bad this man is and it really validates by opinion that he is rude, cruel, and self absorbed. My wife and I of course used our own choice vocabulary to describe our treatment but I'll let you fill in the blanks. Go to another local small business and don't give this man your money. His staff would be better off elsewhere where they won't get berated for his mistakes. Whew, I needed this off my chest.
