I was trying to be nice and leave out the parts of our experience where emotion was involved bc I thought the owner was having an off night but after reading many other reviews I have decided that this was not the case. Our experience in truth: Made it abundantly clear that we are seriously vegan which he was so happy to accommodate with lots of recommendations and ranting about how good his from scratch food is. We sit down at one of four tables with 4 other guests in the building. All of which are asked for every item that comes out if it is theirs. It never is. 15min later we get our salad that was clearly pre made with sparse toppings and dressing. Mind you this was priced and described as a decently filling salad. Then we got our pizza (before the appetizer we ordered) and had the experience as described above. I had to remove myself from the table and when I came back, our pizza with two missing slices is now being given to the rightful table with a classy, "I know covid and all that but it's going to get thrown away otherwise". They accepted it under the condition they get another full pizza to go bc they already waited 40min for this one. He then goes to the back and blames the cook and yells at her while simultaneously saying he should have given numbers to the table instead of trying to remember. They have a bit of a screaming match but it quiets up as a to go pickup arrives. They messed that up somehow and the cook is screamed at some more. After 20min of waiting to go girl finally gets her meal and then our app finally arrived. Subpar as could be given that it cost us $10. We get a box and pack up but as we do the screaming starts back up and escalates. The cook is blamed for everything that's ever gone wrong in the world and she leaves. He comes around and says sorry but it was so inauthentic it was laughable. I was then ranted at about how it was the cooks, the other tables, mine and the universes fault. [Continued in next comment]
