Hi, thank you for your reply. As we were the only customers in there to start with and it was already freezing when we arrived I’m not sure which table asked for the already turned off heating to be turned off. While we waited for our food etc a few people came in but as I have said all along, the heating was off when we arrived and were the only ones there, and it was still off when we left.
