Hi Tabitha, we are so sorry for the confusion and misinformation! As of earlier this year, we have changed our bread recipe to use 100% vegetable fat in every bread product (yay!). We do not brush the pastry with egg or milk (and haven't for a long time), so we do hope you give our vegan pie a try! The Indian Vegie Curry Pie is very popular, and we are introducing a second vegan pie within the next month.😉 This has been communicated with the Bendigo store to ensure that all staff understand what is vegan in store.
