What you say about Quorn was true in the past but the Quorn company has launched vegan versions - https://www.quorn.us/products/vegan-food in addition to the vegetarian products https://www.quorn.us/products/vegetarian-food This restaurant has been around for a long time as vegetarian with vegan options and I doubt that if they say it's vegan that they would lie or be unaware of what veganism is.
