Hej, I am chef at PLANT POWER FOOD. Thanks for your review. I am ok with your thoughts on our concept, the only thing is that we made the menu after what is seasonal in the autumn. So I don’t think it’s true to say we are not seasonal. We harvest herbs & fruit in our own garden, and go’ foresting as well to use what is in season.
