Hi. The difference between Sorbet and icecream is the fat... normaly icecream has milk and cream fat. When you eat a vegan icecream ask wich kind of fat is used (they use hydrogenated fats.. that isn't really heathy). We prefere to keep our product natural and healthy. About the vegan cone, sorry if you didn't find it but this year was an exception. We will have it from the next year. Thanks
