Thank you for your great review :) If you can tell us the approximate time you ordered the burger, it would help us pinpoint what may have gone wrong. Garbanzo Grill burgers are amazing and we want to make sure they're going out at least almost as fabulous as Jon's. Thanks again! - Sheree
