Hey Bryan, Sorry you had a bad experience with us. We put alot of time and energy into creating all of our home made sauces, cheeses and dishes. This definitely not what we aim for. Our philly made with Black Bird rosemary garlic seasoned seitan cooked with a homemade marinade and grilled peppers/onions with a made from scratch cashew cheese.
