E+O use flaxseed instead of egg replacement and fry donuts in a light coconut oil instead of vegetable with the intention of providing our guests with the most wholesome experience while indulging a bit. We use nutmeg in our recipe as well which may be the spice you were tasting. There lattes have one size and are priced accordingly; we do see lines in the morning and one size makes it easier and more consistent for our baristas to measure and execute .
