Hello, Apologies for the delay in replying to your review. We are so sorry you didn't have a great experience with us at Green Kitchen. It's not the service we usually offer at all. Menus are normally always on the tables ready for new customers unless being cleaned under Covid guidance at the moment. But we take that comment on board completely. All our dishes are cooked to order, so in busy periods, there can be a wait. However, we do usually communicate any delays to food being served and offer some complimentary drinks if significant, so I'm sorry this wasn't the case. We have been blown away by how many of you have been visiting us lately and have actually since your review employed more staff. We pride ourselves on how friendly and welcoming we are so we are truly sorry you didn't get the full Green Kitchen welcome. I do hope you try us again another time.
