Dear Sarah, thanks for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed by what you call pizza although you define the general taste of what you tried in our restaurant “fine”. Please let us explain that what you ate was not pizza but PINSA, a very different dish coming from an ancient ROMAN recipe. Obviously, it’s impossible to compare the two and it’s all subject to personal preferences and expectations. PINSA has a different friability and a unique blend of flour: wheat ,rice, soy and dried mother yeast that makes it highly digestible with a special fragrance (due to maturation process and mother yeast usage). That’s why we have chosen to include it in our exclusive menu! We also appreciate there are other places in town that provide vegan food, but we are pride to serve not only vegan but also ORGANIC cuisine. We do our best to contain costs to make the experience in our restaurant as approachable as possible for everyone, but we have to put quality and eco sustainability before everything else!
