Both our website and google accurately show what services we are offering, so I am unsure how you got incorrect information. We are sorry that your food was cold, we start making our orders 10 minutes before the pickup time, so the maximum time the food could sit there before your pickup time is about 2 minutes (our ticket times are 7-8 minutes). The price of our most expensive burger and a side of fries is $13 even, including tax, so I am not sure where you are getting your information for the $16. My guess is that you chose some additional options and/or tip, which are all optional. We will follow up with our staff to make sure they are paying more attention to the table cleanliness, we understand how frustrating that can be!
