Our bakery is not only vegan but also organic & sugar free. Not only that, but we are one of the only bakeries in America that are strictly wholegrain and ancient grain. We stone grind our kamut flour in-house every day. We never use white flour. If you are looking for commercial cakes with white flour and sugar, then we're not for you.
