The Lovebirds team takes CDC-mandated Covid protocol very seriously and we are not aware of any violations occurring this fall--we even exceeded all COVID protocol during our annual (surprise) safety inspection. (Additionally, our open window concept puts our transparent commitment to team and guest safety on public display.) We would have loved the opportunity to hear from you directly with the specifics of your visit so we could either investigate further, provide important context, or otherwise allay your concerns. We kindly ask that in these circumstances (with us or with other businesses) that even if you choose not to reach out, that you are at least sure of what you're looking at before publicly calling out or poorly rating a small business. You may be surprised how damaging incorrect or incomplete information can be during these times.
