Hi, I went yesterday and asked if the falafel burger was vegan. Waitress said yes, I ordered it, we noticed it had a creamy mayo-looking sauce on it, I double checked to see if this was vegan by asking if it had eggs or milk in it, turns out it was chilli mayo😒so she went to swap the dish for the same but without the chilli mayo, she comes back and explains the burger bun itself is glazed with egg so they had to swap it for a completely different dish. So I would just be extra careful here to make sure they know what vegan means incase they presume it just means no meat 🤦‍♀️ Commenting as I see the picture of the burger which looks exactly like the one I ordered that wasn’t vegan, hopefully this helps some people out or you if you go again😄xxxxxxx
