In terms of lentils we totally agree, there are great dishes out there with lots of interesting spices like cumin, turmeric or ginger. However, we serve traditional Austrian food and therefore our main dishes are not seasoned with foreign spices. But we understand that everybody has a different preference, so please don’t hesitate to talk directly to our service staff. Salt and pepper are always available, the kitchen can provide extra spices and if you still dislike the dish, we’ll adjust the bill. Kind regards, Team Velani
