Hey Mcld we're sorry you only thought your experience was worthy of 3 stars, as we said in response to aatmankothari's review, we're genuinely saddened by anything below a 5 star, but clearly something was not on point for your visit, so we apologies!!! However, the Shack is a place of constant evolution and improvement, as and when we have the time and money to do so, two commodities which are difficult to find in a new independent business, but slowly we're getting there, swing by and see us if you're ever in the neighbourhood, we'd love a chance to turn those 3 stars into a 5.
