You’re right! The beauty of a taco salad is for meat lovers. The saucy seasoned ground beef or pulled chicken that the dish is built around is the true flavor of the taco salad. The tempeh would have been yummy on our chopped salad which features roasted corn and bean salsa, organic greens, cilantro slaw, pico, and our homemade cilantro lime vinegarette dressing. Sorry you didn’t have a better experience, I hope you give us another try- no tempeh anymore, we now feature a spicy roasted veg mix with cauliflower and sweet potatoes. So good in tacos, burritos and on salads and bowls. We also grow our own sunflower sprouts for our bowls. Hope to see you again.
