I am the owner of the Dakshin. I clearly explained to her that Roti is vegan which is 100% wheat and Nan bread has some dairy in it. I am not sure which part did she not understand. Vegetarian Food is the staple diet for Indians for thousands of years, it is part our culture. We cook more vegetarian foods than most of the restaurants (Not Rabbit Food).
