Greetings, We sincerely apologize for your experience at Planet Smoothie. Employees are not permitted to have their phones out when customers are in the store. A hat or visor along with a Planet Smoothie t-shirt is also mandatory. Gloves are also mandatory when picking up any food products. Any employees who have not followed those policies, would have been out of compliance. We will be holding a mandatory training to review all policies and procedures to ensure our guests have the best possible experience.
