Our cakes are actually frozen desserts, and should be thawed for 20 min to come for their creamy luscious texture. Cake care and instructions will be available on our website and in store to help communicate this better. We will update the menu to clarify to prevent any future confusions. Our core products are the desserts and cheeses which are raw and GF with some lightly toasted elements/garnishes so please confirm upon placing the order. We offer gluten free crackers upon request, and GF option for the pasta (which is the only cooked item besides the bread and future rotational specials). Looking forward to having you again! Cheers.
