...as the vegan chef of Wirtshaus Godswärgjistubu I can give you the following answer: we don‘t have a menu card. every day we cook a completely new menu with products direct from our gardens that are ready to pick, or of preserves that we made during harvesting time, or from local farmers. So will never be able to declare what our vegan options are..... but we cook every day a vegan version of our daily changing health food menu!
