You said a lot of carelessness! -The lasagna was rightly cooked and seasoned, and only YOU didn't like it. It's probably just a matter of your weird tastes. All the other diners have found them delicious! Our risotto is expressed and I will NOT ALLOW YOU to say that there is something "not fresh" on it, just because you did not like the "presentation"!!! Food arrives on a tray because we are a BISTROT and NOT A RESTAURANT! This is evident and is also written everywhere in the restaurant !! With us you have not paid for the "service" or any other extra charge! Food is ordered over the counter and should be picked up when ready. I, on the other hand, brought it to your table... If you didn't want the tray, you could simply return it to me! Before insulting my place, maybe try to look around and understand where you entered! Next time go to a "typical Italian restaurant" that you are looking for a lot, and do not enter a VEGAN BISTROT of which very obviously, you have not understood the style!!!
