Our pancakes are not 5 inches thick, as i don't think i am able to make them that big and this would be quite a feat and somewhat impressive!! The pancakes are 1-2 cm thick hence the name fluffy pancakes. We dont have crepes on the menu which are flat. I have put a photo on this site for you to see. Our scones are made fresh each morning as our genuine customers are aware. These are normally gone by mid afternoon each day therefore never get a chance to be stale. They are never kept for the following day. We aim to get meals out within 10 mins as we cook fresh ONCE you order. I am not a personal trainer but we are a family of sports enthusiast and competitors and I would question why you would eat before a personal training session. We do serve protein shakes and smoothies which might have been more suitable. Thank you for your tips and we will bear this in mind however our portion sizes are more than adequate and very good value for money.
