About your Pad Thai, we're very sorry it came with egg, it shouldn't happen. Maybe next time, if you can ask one of our hosts to exchange your dish. Our guides are always available to help and they're great problem solvers! This was definitely a mistake and we would be more than happy to help at the moment.
