Hi Felice! Thanks so much for your review. ☺️ You can always choose stevia, honey, or agave in any of the tonics & elixirs! There's no honey at all in the food items. Sorry if it wasn't clear on the menu. ❤️ We work with a small family biodynamic bee keepers who love and tend the bee's & medicinal gardens in the High Andes of Peru. Also (just so you know) the alpaca thread is also ethical, woven by hand by mamitas, & does not hurt the animals! ❤️
