Good afternoon Tim, Thank you for taking time to review us based on your most recent visit. I am very disappointed to hear that your experience was not up to expectations. We strive for excellence. We would have been more than happy to replace your burger and chips should it have been as poor as stated. In regards to the bar, we are in collaboration with Churchills. I will look into this as any negative input based on your experience with the bar effects us as an independant business, such as this review. I can confirm that more than 10 guests were in the venue, I understand that you are upset with your experience however, this is important information as the bar was busier in the bar area. We apologise for the wait as we fully understand that it took longer on this occasion. This is our first negative review and I am very disappointed. Please contact us directly as I would like to investigate further as I take this matter very seriously. I remember your visit previously and I am glad you enjoyed it. We hope you understand that as we grow we need to extend the team. We take all constructive critism on board and take action moving forward within our training.
