Hey Paola, I am commenting as the owner of Brammibal's Donuts. First of all, I'm sorry about your experience. Please let me explain why we have no toilet: in the back of this location we currently operate our bakery - this is where we make all our donuts from scratch. Back in February of 2018, when we were building the shopfront and our bakery, we were checked by the food safety authority (Lebensmittelaufsicht in German), and we discussed with them our plans of building the place, and informed them we wanted to build a toilet for customers in the hallway. Unfortunately they told us this was not possible due to hygiene reasons, because that would mean customers would have to enter the bakery hallway, which has been determined by the food safety authority as a "clean area", because it crosses paths with our food storage, our bakers, and the donuts. We were extremely disappointed by their decision, because of course we want to supply a toilet to all our customers (like we do in our other two locations), but please understand that this is really out of our control. If we would have built the toilet, and they would have come to check again, they have the authority to close us down. I have spoken to our employees who have worked yesterday, and they informed me that they have offered you could use the next door's business toilet (as many of our customers do). Kind Regards, Bram
