Thanks for your review although it is quite surprising to read. Sorry that you had a bad experience. Bad experiences can happen anywhere and seems like you have been quite unlucky during your visit. We will work harder to be sure it doesn't happen again. I have been on vacation during your visit and I noticed that the quality was considerably off upon my return which was addressed immediately. I can assure you that we use quality products and everything is made fresh of the day. Already wrapped doesn't mean not fresh and that's how sandwiches are made prior going in a panini press. It is for time saving rather than to prepare bulk days in advance that we do it so quality and freshness is always our main target. Sorry again for the bad experience, hoping that you come back so we can prove you better the next time as we are definitely worth more than that.
