Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and some feedback, that is very appreciated! Sorry to hear your experience wasn't the best when visiting us, I remember that day and your oder too, just to give you an explanation this is what happened: When serving your pancake breakfast a gentleman on another table thought it was his and got it instead! We should have triple check with the table numbers before giving him the dish but we were so busy, nevertheless it was our fault. I have asked the team to ask you whether you wanted to wait for your dish and or take the full english instead (this was the dish the guy next to your table ordered) - then I told them to offer a discount and or a cake and coffee (whatever you fancied the most) as a way to apologies for the wait and thank you for being flexible - not sure what went wrong!
