Hi Rebecca, We are vegan restraunt located in Rubik food court. We not located indise zoo. Zoo is different land and location. Please remove or relocate your review to right place. Everything you wrote about is Zoo animal conditions. Nothing about el cafe food or services. Please correct it Thanks
