Hi Ellie, Thank you for your feedback. We are always happy to exchange any drinks or food that you are not happy with. Hopefully this situation will not happen again as we have corrected the issue with our fridge, but you are more than welcome to ask our staff to switch your drink if it was not what you were after. We are sorry to hear that you felt unwelcome, and do apologise for that. We have recently updated our team structure and, with a now expanded team, we are looking forward to seeing these positive changes in the very near future - and we hope you will too.
