Hi Maryrose, We do apologise for making you feel unwelcome. On busy days, and with limited staff, sometimes smiles can unfortunately slip, But we are making progress with this situation, with our management team currently looking at solutions to improve your experience, which includes staff training and expanding the team. We are a community cafe and do try to keep our prices low, so we really appreciate your feedback on this. We are also not-for-profit, meaning our profits go back into supporting the work of the community charity St. Margaret's House.
