Hello, I apologize about the lack of vegan cheese we experienced during your visit. We have since changed distributors and have a constant supply of vegan cheese! We are now offering Vegan Mozzarella from the Herbivorous Butcher (in addition to Daiya - as well as vegan pepperoni, vegan ham & vegan hickory smoked bacon!!)
