Hello and thanks ever so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we always appreciate constructive feedback as they give us the opportunity to improve our service. We are genuinely sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience and hopefully we can do better next time! This review genuinely comes as a surprise to us and it is the very first negative feedback we had in over one year. Our afternoon tea is very popular and fully booked for months, by reading other reviews you could see the fantastic feedbacks we usually receive for our teas, nevertheless we are very sorry you didn't enjoy it. We wish you had told us then that you weren't happy with the table and with the food, as we would have tried our best to accommodate you - we want nothing more than have happy returning clients!
