Hi Mia, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. We do run a bar rather than table-service when it comes to the drinks, which is a policy we keep in place even in quieter times. We apologise for the wait for your food, and we are currently making progress with our staff service by expanding the team and having staff training.
