im very sorry you had such a bad experience i do apologize if you felt i was rude in anyway that was not my intention i was cleaning out a kids section we used to have with toys for the kids we are known to be a family restaurant and so i had made a little area where kids could play with toys and parents can enjoy their breakfast ..i did not get ofended by the question about the water all i said was i would not give you any bad water and laughed it was never ment to ofend you i was simply trying to be nice and also giving you the reansurance that i wouldnt give you bad water... but i do apologize if it came out the wrong way. and yes the feel when you walk into our restaurant is as if you where in our home..amparos means welcome, warmth and embrace, so we try and treat everyone like family is our home im glad everything else was ok the food, the price and the decour which is the most import thing for us and your only issue was with me and the kids so i apologize for that i really did not think i was rude to you i try to cater to all your needs and be as nice as i could i apoligize if i forgot your water i think i was both in the bar and kitchen alone that day im not sure because i also ran to the kitchen and cooked for you i though everything was ok i talk to you the whole time you was here answer all your questions and doubts and even warned you about the kids running around if you had said anything i promise i would of told them to move around but you didnt seemed bother by it at the time once again im sorry i really though you left happy i didnt see any frustration in your face you seemed ok when you left i mean we talk the whole time you was here i try to make you as comfortable as i could so im really sad you had a bad experience i wish you give us another some day and if anything bothers you tell us right there and then so we can fix the problem and their wont be any misunderstanding thank you for your visit and once again im soooo sorry
