Hello there , I am regret to hear that your experience in less than satisfaction in our cafe , we would like to offer you a full refund of your order , and come back to try out our menu again on complimentary. And regards to our packaging , our smoothie cup and straw they are all PLA bioplastic , its made from plant (corn), they are biodegradable and environment friendly and for the paper box they are made from recycled material . And as for the water in guest toilet we simply ask our customer to close off the tap after use , my sincerest apologise for the misunderstanding .
