Hi Thanks for the feedback - regarding the cold noodles and overall noodle-bowl impressions - we always fix things like this when brought to our attention. Our aim is to ensure everyone leaves happy and full! Anytime you return please to bring your concerns as we listen! Regarding your plastic concerns - ALL or our take-out materials are recycled and compostable paper products OR corn-based compostable plastics. We have always used these materials. We regularly look for better options but these are the best we have at the moment. And, we feel we are doing the best we can for sure! Thanks again and hope to see you soon.
